Vana Retreat

Vana is a Retreat in Dehradun located in the foothills of the Himalayas in India is a very special place indeed. Wellness Retreats begin at a minimum of 5+ nights with a Vana Ashram Retreat, which allows you to slow down and relax, enjoy nature, music, meditation, yoga and traditional healing therapies such as Ayurveda and Tibetan Sow Rigpa.

If you can extend to 7+ nights Vana Wellness Retreat allows more time to set your intention, be at one with nature and look within.  An exploration of physical wellness includes movement sessions, natural healing and defining what meals suits your own health. Observing your physical and emotional self, you will develop a wiser sense of what’s healthy for you, with lots of new knowledge to take home with you.
