At Four Seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind, join outdoor yoga classes as the sun rises and sets and gain wisdom and learn mindfulness with a former Buddhist Nun.

Each individual person is contributing, by their own positivity, by acting with integrity, towards a shift  a cultural change across the world.

Having experienced their world class spa, we really can shout from the rooftops about the fantastic luxury spa treatments, which pay homage to Bali’s healing energy. We can personally tailor your program too to allow you time to unwind and explore Asian wisdom and wellness.

Four Seasons Sayan is tropical luxury at its best. The architecture blends in with its surrounding and it really is nestled into a tropical oasis which slopes down to the sacred Ayung River below. Their world class spa houses Balinese style treatment rooms, which sit on stilts above a lotus pond. The high tech gym faces an extremely low tech jungle and your dining experience includes the sounds of the river below and cicadas above. Divine!
