Bali Cycling Tours in Luxury
We love these luxury Bali Cycling Tours, what a great way to see both Bali and Lombok in all their glory. Rather than rushing past amazing rice terraces, missing out on local life, you’ll slow down and soak up all the archipelago has to offer.
Cycling the foothills of Mount Agung, around crystal lakes and join in a local silversmith workshop. Take a private speedboat over to Lombok and cycle to visit furniture makers, before enjoying an outrigger trip over to the Gili Islands offshore.
Of course, after a days cycling, its a must to relax into a luxurious bath in five star style so hotels include The Oberoi Bali and Lombok, Four Seasons and Alila Manggis on the East Coast.

Bali is called the 'Island of the Gods'. You'll head quickly to the less developed North, with stunning lakes, volcano's and UNESCO world heritage rice terraces. After exploring the best of Bali, you'll take a private speedboat over to Lombok for a leisurely cycle and spend some downtime on nearby Gili Islands.
Why is it a Sanctuary
This is a superb way to really take in all the sights of Bali. The island itself is on slow mode so by cycling, you'll get to meet the locals as they make their way to Hindu temples to give daily flower offerings to the Gods. You'll catch the intricate designs on the temples and nature's bounty.
Enjoy local organic coffee and Balinese cakes with Wayan, participate in a silversmithing workshop and witness wood carving in a village. Highlights include a visit to former Royal Water Palace, Tirta Gangga with its stunnings fountains and waterfalls. This cycling tour is made extra special with a trip to neighbouring Lombok and it's beautiful Gili Islands.
Get to sample some of Bali's organic specialties such as home grown coffee and Balinese cakes using palm sugar. Enjoy fruits such as snake and dragon fruit and if you're game, try the local rice wine!
Who is it for
This is a fantastic tour if you're not satisfied staying in one way. It really gets under the skin of Bali and you'll come away feeling part of the local culture. The hotels of course are super luxury including Oberoi Bali and Lombok and Four Seasons.
