What are Ayurveda Holidays and what benefits do they provide?

This ancient system of healing is the over 5000 years old and is the origin of most natural medicine treatments today. A holistic approach to healing through mind, body and soul, Ayurveda bases itself upon the five elements or pillars of creation which are earth, fire, sky, water and air.  These, along with the three primary forces of prana or ‘doshas’ which are Vata (air), Agni or Pitta (fire) and Soma or Kapha (water and earth) are the basic principles of this ancient system of healing. The key to well-being  is keeping these in balance and at one with the five elements.
